摘 要:报道了钪-钙-茜素S(ARS)异多核络合物极谱吸附波的形成及利用它测定钪的最佳实验条件。用此方法测定了矿石中的微量钪,并初步探讨了该极谱波的性质和电极反应机理。在单扫描极谱上用等摩尔连续变化法和单纯形法测得络合物组成的摩尔比为nSe3+:nCa2+:nARS=2:1:2。The optimum conditions for the determination of Sc3+ by using polarographic adsorptive waveof Sc3+ -Ca2+ -alizarin red S (ARS)-polynuclear complex have been investigated. A linear relationshipbetween the concentration of Sc3+ in the range of 1 .0× 10-8 ~ 6.0 × 10-6 mol/L and the peak height wasobserved. It has been used for the determination of trace scandium in ores with satisfactory results. Thepolarographic behavior of the complex has also been discussed. The molar ratio of each component in thecomplex was estimated as nSo(Ⅲ)·nCa(Ⅲ)·nARS = 2: 1: 2.
