高Cr白口铸铁破碎机锤头的研究及应用

摘  要:为降低高Cr白口铸铁破碎机锤头的生产成本,在不加Mo仅加质量分数0.3%的C的条件下,采用含有Ti、B、RE的变质剂进行变质处理以及油中淬火的热处理工艺,细化了共晶组织及初晶碳化物,得到了马氏体基体,破碎机锤头的硬度达到63~67HRC,冲击值在15~20J/cm^2,提高了锤头使用寿命。In order to reduce production cost of the high chromium white cast iron crusher hammer head, under the condition of adding only 0.3% Cu but no Mo,the Ti-B-RE-containing modifying alloy was adopted to conduct modification treatment, and then the casting was quenched in oil bath. As the result,the eutectic structure and primary carbide was fined and the martensite matrix was obtained so that the hardness of the crusher hammer head reached 63-67 HRC,its impact toughness was of 15-20 J/cmE,the working life of the hammer head was increased that satisfied consumer very much.
