摘　　要：综述了 Corey化学酶的结构改造与催化性能之间关系 ,为有目的地选择和设计高效实用的手性催化剂用于有机不对称合成提供依据。In this article,we discuss the influence of the structrue modification of corey's chemenzy upon its catalytic ability and provide the theoretical basis choose and design high efficiency chiral catalysts for organic asymmetric synthesis.
