摘 要:目的对2006-2010年若尔盖县鼠疫监测结果及其重要影响因素进行分析,为建立与完善四川省鼠疫监测数据库提供科学的依据。方法按照"四川省鼠疫监测方案"及实施细则对若尔盖县开展监测工作,采用SPSS对检测结果做统计学检验,从检测结果及其重要影响因素两个方面分析该地鼠疫现况及未来可能性。结果若尔盖县鼠疫监测动物以旱獭、高原鼠兔和牧犬为主,媒介以谢氏山蚤、斧形盖蚤和同鬃蚤为主,旱獭是鼠疫菌主要宿主,2006、2007、2010年旱獭密度分别为0.58、1.68、0.09只/ha,平均密度0.12只/ha,3年旱獭平均染蚤率为43.85%,平均蚤指数为2.70,所获标本进行的细菌学检验、间接血凝试验(IHA)和反向血球凝集试验(RIHA)得到结果均为阴性。结论 5年监测结果表明若尔盖县鼠疫疫情发生可能性较小,但是应该综合考虑调查路线、鼠疫监测工作的间断性及监测人员专业性与稳定性因素,以及与若尔盖县临近的疫区现况,通过进一步改善监测工作细节,提高监测质量。Objective To provide scientific evidence for building and improving the database of Plague epidemic surveillance of Sichuan by analyzing the results of surveillance in 2006-2010 and its main influencing factors.Methods The survey was conducted according to the plague surveillance scheme in Sichuan,the statistical test were conducted by using SPSS,and the present and future situation of Plague epidemic in Sichuan were analyzed from 2 aspects,which were the outcomes of surveillance and the main influencing factors.Results Marmota himalayana,Ochotona curzoniae and herd-dog were the main surveyed animals in Ruoergai county,the main transmission fauna were Oropsylla silantiewi,Callop sylla and Chaetop sylla,the density of marmota himalayana were 0.58,1.68 and 0.09 per/ha in 2006,2007 and 2010,respectively,with the average density 0.12 per/ha.The average ratio of fleas-infected marmota himalayana was 43.85%,the average index of fleas-infected marmota himalayana was 2.70.All the results of laboratory test were negative.Conclusion The results of 5 years' surveillance presented that the potentiality of occurring Plague in Ruoergai county was low,but it was necessary to consider other important factors,such as the method of survey,the work's discontinuity,professional degree and stability of the Plague prevention team,for mproving the details of Plague surveillance scheme.and enhancing the quality of surveillance.
