摘  要:通过瞬态与稳态工况燃烧噪声测试试验,开展预喷射对柴油机瞬态工况燃烧噪声控制的研究。从缸内压力升高率最大值来分析预喷射对瞬态与稳态工况燃烧噪声不同的影响机理。通过分析预喷射对瞬态工况与稳态工况燃烧噪声的控制差异,得出预喷射同样能够降低瞬态工况燃烧噪声,但控制效果低于稳态工况。在此基础上,得出预喷射控制瞬态工况燃烧噪声的策略:相对于稳态工况,瞬态工况下应取较大的预喷量和与主预喷间隔,并得到试验的验证。Through combustion noise test of transient and steady-state conditions, this paper studies control of combustion noise with pilot injection in transient conditions of diesel engine. The different influence mecha- nism of pilot injection between transient and steady-state conditions is analyzed from the point of the maxi- mum of pressure rise. By analyzing the control difference of pilot injection for combustion noise between tran- sient and steady-state conditions, it is concluded that pilot injection can also reduce combustion noise in transient condition, but lower than the steady-state condition. On the basis, we get strategy for controlling combustion noise in transient conditions with pilot injection: Compared with steady-state conditions, greater pilot injected quantity and interval between main injection and pilot injection should be selected for transient conditions and verification is obtained in tests.
