摘 要:选择剪切阀式作为摩托车磁流变阻尼器的工作模式,应用MATLAB优化工具箱对磁流变阻尼器的结构参数进行优化设计。在此基础上,根据理论分析选择阻尼器的结构尺寸,设计制作了单出杆磁流变阻尼器。对设计的摩托车磁流变阻尼器特性进行了实验研究,经测试表明优化设计的摩托车磁流变阻尼器性能达到了预期要求,表明此设计方法是正确可行的,研究结果对于磁流变阻尼器在摩托车悬挂系统中的应用具有参考价值。A shear-vavle model is chosen as working mode of the magnetorheological (MR) damper for motor- cycle. We optimize the structural parameters of the MR damper by MATLAB optimization toolbox. According to the optimized data and theoretical analyses, the dimensions of the MR damper are properly chosen, and then a one-head MR damper is designed and manufactured. The properties of the MR damper for motorcycle are studied through experiment. The experiment results show that the performance of the MR damper made ac- cording to the optimizing is up to the predicted performance. It is indicated that the design method given in this paper is correct and feasible. The studies provide a significant value to the motorcycle suspension system based on MR dampers.
