摘  要:本文首次利用傅里叶变换红外光谱法和变温附件实时原位跟踪了天然药物芦丁的热变性过程。结果表明 :在 2 5℃~ 2 70℃温度范围内 ,芦丁的热变性过程是一个伴随着芦丁氧化的热分解过程。在较低温度下 (75℃ )芦丁的分子结构就开始发生变化 ,不仅暗示了中间态的存在 ,还进一步验证芦丁的稳定性较差 ;在较高温度下 (2 70℃ )芦丁分解成两种产物。该方法快速、准确、无溶剂效应 。The thermal stability of the natural product of rutin was studied by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) in this paper for the first time.To monitor the changing of rutin in real time,the temperature control accessory was also used to in situ follow the thermal behavior.It is demonstrated that as the temperature increased from 25 ℃ to 270 ℃,the thermally induced denaturation of rutin was accompanied by the oxidation and thermal discomposed procedure.The structure of rutin changed at a lower temperature (75 ℃).This is not only indicating the existence of an intermediate state,but also approved that the stability of rutin is poor.While at the higher temperature (270 ℃),rutin discomposed into two results.It is proved that this method is fast,accurate and having no solvent effect.Samples can thus be examined undestroyed.
