摘　　要：改变散手教学方式、方法和教学理念的运用,提高运动员的意识,由被动变为主动,促进散手质的飞跃。在遵守散手发展的客观规律的基础上,运用逆向思维教学法转换视角,对散手的发展加以探索,希望通过教学方法的创新,使散手推向更高的层次。Changing in the application of teaching method and idea about Sanda, Improving the athlete＇s consciousness. Changing the passiveness into initiative realizing qualitative flight about Sanda. Base on the objective laws to apply the converse thinking teaching method. Converse the angle of view to explore the development of Sanda. Through the innovation about teaching method. Making Sanda enter into higher layer.
