川滇黔渝结合部“私教”健身指导员现状调查及其对策分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等办法,对地处川滇黔渝结合部的泸州市四家大中型健身俱乐部"私教"健身指导员的整体结构、工作状况进行全面调查与分析后发现:泸州市"私教"专业人才匮乏,队伍呈年轻化,学历水平偏低,其健身科学理论知识的掌握与应用能力不容乐观。提出了泸州市"私教"健身指导员队伍培养与发展的可行性建议。以期为泸州市商业性健身俱乐部未来长远的发展提供借鉴;也为各类学校与机构在培养健身专业人才的教学定位、内容和方法的改革提供有益参考。Adopting literatures, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, this paper made a full investigation to the composition and working condition of the fitness club ITAs in four large and medium-size fitness clubs in Luzhou where is the combination Area of CDQY and found that the ITAs are generally young, less educated and don＇t have solid foundation of the knowledge of fitness and cannot apply the knowledge into practice properly.So, this paper provides the ITAs with feasible training and developing plans so as to provide conference for the improvement of teaching orientation, this paper also gives some guidance to the long term development of the fitness clubs in Luzhou. Meanwhile, contents and methods for the schools and institutions that are engaged in training professional fitness directors.
