摘  要:介绍了污水汽提装置和氨精制工艺,分析了该装置和工艺存在的问题,采用改造塔盘、降低污水杂质含量、提高泵吸入口高度、串联使用结晶器、在氨压缩机入口增加循环水加热器、氨压缩机级间冷却器的循环水改为除盐水等改造措施,同时优化主要参数控制,保证了系统的长周期运转,经过一年多的运行,发现改造效果良好。The wastewater stripping unit and the ammonia refining process were introduced, the problems of the unit and its process were analyzed. To ensure long-term and ideal operation of the unit, revamping measures had been taken, which include: revamping the tray, reducing the impurities of the sour water, increasing the pump suction height, arranging a crystallizer in series, adding a recycle water heater at the inlet of the ammonia compressor and changing the recycle wa- ter into demineralized water for the inter stage cooler of the ammonia compressor. Meanwhile, main operation parameters were optimized. The operation of one year witnessed good performance of the unit.
