摘 要:以草酸氧锆为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法进行氧化锆超滤膜的制备研究发现,实验范围内溶胶组成.凝胶膜干燥方式、膜厚以及相变对氧化锆超滤膜的孔径没有显著影响,孔径均在20~30nm范围内;随着烧结温度的升高,膜的孔径由23.9nm增大到44.9nm,纯水通量亦随之增大。Zirconium oxalate was chosen to prepare zirconia ultrafiltration membrane by sol-gel process and effects of factors such as the sol components, the drying methods, the membrane thickness and the zirconia phase transformation on the pore size were investigated. The pore size was measured by LLDP method. The zirconia phase types were confirmed by XRD. It is found that, in our experiment, the sol components, the drying methods, the membrane thickness and the zirconia phase transformation had no notable effects on the pore size distribution of zirconia ultrafiltration membrane, and the pore size was in the range of 20-30nm. With the sintering temperature rising, the membranes'pore size increased from 23.9um to 44.9um and their clean water permeability increased from 23.5 × 10-5 m3' (m2.s.MPa)-1 to sl .0 X 10-5m3' (m2.s.MPa)-1.
