摘 要:测试了甲醇在9根第二代机械加工表面多孔管(JK-2管)、1根第一代机械加工表面多孔管(JK-1管)和1根光滑管上的单管饱和池核沸腾传热系数,结果表明,JK-2管比JK-1管能更有效地强化甲醇的池核沸腾传热。提出了一个简化的池核沸腾强化传热机理,并导出了相应的地核沸腾强化传热关联式,该关联式与实验数据吻合良好。JK-2 tube is the second generation of mechanically processed tube with porous surface, which is higher in boiling heat transfer performance than the first generation of mechanically processed tube with porous surface tube, ie, the JK-l tube. Therefore, the nucleate pool boiling heat transfer coefficients of methanol have been tested for 9 JK-2 tubes, a JK-1 tube and a smooth tube. The results indicate that the JK2 tubes can enhance the nucleate pool boiling heat transfer of methanol than the JK-l tube. A new mechanism of enhanced nucleate pool boiling heat transfer has been proposed, and a corresponding correlation equation for enhanced nucleate pool boiling heat transfer has been developed. The correlation is in good agreement with the experimental data.
