摘  要:应用于核电技术AP1000核主泵的屏蔽套属于大径厚比超薄壁筒形零件,制造精度要求极高。文章通过实验与数值模拟,研究Hastelloy C-276合金大径厚比超薄壁筒形零件变薄旋压,分析旋轮前筒坯的鼓形现象,得到了工艺参数对鼓形的影响规律,并提出了实现稳定旋压的工艺措施。The shielding cover applied in coolant pump of nuclear power technology AP1000 is a tubular part with ultra thin-wall and large diameter/thickness ratio,and the forming quality is demanding.Experimental works and numerical simulations were performed on Hastelloy C-276 tube with ultra thin wall and large diameter/thickness ratio,and the bulging phenomenon in front of roller was analyzed.The effects of dimensions of tube and process parameters of flow forming on bugling were obtained,and process measures for stable flow forming were proposed.
