摘　　要：短道速滑新规则的实施,导致该运动项目在训练、竞赛和裁判中发生了若干变化,特别是给参赛运动员或是立下新规矩或是带来了新机遇。运用资料法、专家访谈法、对比分析法等,对短道速滑竞赛规则2008及短道速滑竞赛规则2010的核心部分——"滑跑规则"的变动进行了对比分析。结果表明:新规则更加鼓励优秀运动员在竞赛中进行超越;提高了比赛的竞技性和观赏性;进一步明确了裁判长临场判罚的着力点和尺度;细化了严重犯规的惩罚措施等结论,对指导国内短道速滑战术训练、竞赛中战术的应用及国家队备战2014年索契冬奥会有一定的指导作用。The implementation of the new regulations in the short-track speed skating makes the trainings and competitions change a lot. With the methods of documentation method, Delphi technique, comparative method, etc., the article fully compares and analyzes the alternations of the , skating regulations＂, which are the core of the rules in short-track speed skating in 2008 and in 2010. And the conclusions are that the new regulations can encourage more outstanding athletes to exceed in the competitions ,improve the competitiveness and appreciation of the game, further define scale and key points of the chief judges on the spot, and detail the punitive measures, etc. They are very important for promoting the internal short-trace speed skating trainings, improving scientifically the contests and the national team＇ s preparation for Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014.
