上海市公共体育设施建设现状与对策研究

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法和实地访谈法,对上海市共18个区县的市级、区县级、街道(镇)级、社区(村)级的公共体育设施建设进行了现状调查和分析。结果表明:全市各级公共体育设施要不断加强内涵建设;人口激增背景下公共体育各类设施建设的需求量大,布局与设计需要完善;大型的市级体育场馆基本符合国际赛事需求;中型的区县级体育中心的三大件"馆、场、池"建设不均衡;小型的街道级百姓健身房数量较少需大力发展;微型的社区级健身苑点基本形成网络体系,但各区县配置不均衡。This essay uses questionnaire research and on-the-spot interview, aims to survey and analyse the public sports facility construct situation of Shanghai which contains municipal ,district , street （town） and community （village）, sum to 18 districts. Research shows that the public sports facility construct in all the districts need to improve the connotation ;With the background of population boom , the construction of public sports facility is in high demand, and layout and design need to be perfect;Large-scale municipal stadiums basically meet the requirements of international standard;Middle-sized district level sport centers need to make balance between＂ gymnasium , stadium, swimming pool ＂ ;The quantity of small size street level fitness center is low and the development should be taken into account;The miniature level community sport spot like JianShenYuan has set up a network system basically, and county area construction is not balanced.
