短期封闭式综合干预对超重女孩身体成分、瘦素和雌二醇的影响

摘　　要：目的:为探讨短期封闭式综合干预减肥效果以及对女孩性发育的影响,以短期封闭式减肥训练营的10名肥胖女孩为研究对象,观察短期封闭式综合干预对肥胖女孩的体成分、胰岛素、瘦素和雌二醇的影响。结果显示:15天综合干预使受试者脂肪百分比极显著降低,BMI指数显著降低,瘦体重百分比显著升高;血清瘦素水平显著降低(P<0.001),血清胰岛素水平显著降低(P<0.01),雌二醇水平显著降低(P<0.01),血糖无显著变化。结论:(1)肥胖女孩出现了胰岛素抵抗;短期综合性干预降低了胰岛素水平,改善了胰岛素抵抗,对糖尿病的发生起到一定的预防作用。(2)肥胖女孩出现了瘦素抵抗和性发育提前的现象;短期综合性干预能有效降低体脂,改善了瘦素抵抗、提高了下丘脑对于瘦素的敏感性、降低了雌二醇的分泌,缓解了肥胖女孩性发育提前。Objective： The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of short-term closed comprehensive intervention on weight losing and sexual development on 10 fat girls in short-term closed training camp and the effect of short-term comprehensive intervention on body composition,insulin,leptin and estradiol of them. Result：the girls after 15 days training had a lower body fat percent, body BMI, plasm leptin, plasm insutin estradiol and a higher lean body mass percent than them before training,but the blood sugar had changed little. Conclusion：（1）the fat girls had a insulin resistance, the shortterm comprehensive intervention reduced the plasmlinsulin, improved the insulin resistance, and played a preventive role on the occurrence of diabetes. （2）the fat girls had a leptin resistance and early sexual development, the short-term comprehensive intervention may reduce body fat effectively,and it also improved the leptin resistance , increased the sensitivity on leptin of hypothalamic, reduced the secretion of estradiol, and eased the early sexual development on fat girls.
