“十一五”时期京津冀地区服务业企业对政策的满意度及影响因素分析  

The Service Enterprises's Cognitive Level of Policy and Its Influencing Factors during the 11th Five-Year-Plan Period in Jingjinji Area

摘　　要：文章通过对京津冀地区具有一定代表性的服务业企业进行问卷调查,获取服务业企业对"十一五"期间政策的认知水平和体验水平、企业的规模和效益等基本情况、企业发展过程中遇到的问题等数据。文章利用有序逻辑回归模型,对影响服务业企业对"十一五"期间政策体验水平的因素与作用机制进行了分析,研究结果表明:认知水平、员工人数、企业效益、行业地位、行业类型、所有制类型和企业发展中遇到的问题等因素对服务企业政策体验水平具有显著影响。This paper bases on a survey of representative service sector enterprises of Jingjinji Area. Data during the 11 th Five-Year-Plan period was got in this survey, containing the service enterprises＇ s cognitive level of the policy ; the scale and efficiency of service enterprises; the problems encountered in the process of enterprise development. In this survey, 355 questionnaires are recovered, including 341 valid questionnaires, which accounting for 96.06% ~ Ordered Logistic Regression Model is used in this paper to analyze the factors and mechanism of action of the service enterprise＇ s experience level of the policy during the 11 th Five-Year-Plan period. The results show that ： factors, such as cognitive level, number of employees, business efficiency, status of the industry, industry type, type of ownership and problems encountered in the process of enterprise development, have significant impact on the service enterprise＇ s experience level of the policy in the llth Five-Year-Plan period.
