抑抗汤治疗抗精子抗体阳性不孕症的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抑抗汤加减治疗抗精子抗体阳性不孕症患者的疗效。方法:筛选临床不孕症患者抗精子抗体(ASAb)阳性的患者,给予抑抗汤辨证加减治疗,总结临床资料。结果:经抑抗汤治疗AsAb阳性有效率100%,转阴率为86.6%。结论:AsAb阳性在临床不孕门诊中并不少见,在免疫不孕中占首位,抑抗汤治疗AsAb阳性疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To assess curative effects of infertile women with anti-sperm antibody treatment by Yikangtang. Methods Infertile women with anti-sperm antibody were collected and administrated by Yikangtang, and clinical data was concluded. Results The effective percentage of treatment was 100%, and the rate of negative conversion was 86.6%. Conclusion Anti-sperm antibody is one of the most important causes of immune infertility. The treatment for anti-sperm antibody with Yikangtang is effective and should be made more widespread without side effect.
