摘　　要：目的评价虎皮猫在降压物质检查中的应用。方法按中国药典和中国兽药典降压物质检查法,测定虎皮猫对戊巴比妥钠、磷酸组织胺反应的灵敏度并进行供试品的降压物质检查。结果虎皮猫对戊巴比妥钠的麻醉时间为11.41min,对磷酸组织胺灵敏度合格率为93.06%。结论虎皮猫适用于降压物质的检查。Objective To evaluate the application of tiger skin cat on examination of depressor substances.Method According to the test of depressor substance of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia to determine the sensitivity of tiger skin cats on sodium pentobarbital and histamine phosphate and carry out examination on depressor substances in test materials.Results The fall time of the tiger skin cat＇s anesthesia to sodium pentobarbital was 11.41 mins and the sensitivity to histamine phosphate was 93.06%.Conclusions Tiger skin cat is suitable for examination depressor substance.
