摘　　要：文章依据实测雨量及洪水资料 ,对 1998年洮儿河察尔森水库的暴雨、洪水成因、特点进行了分析 ,介绍了察尔森水库在 1998年大洪水中发挥的重要作用。During 1998 flood season, the Taoer river was in record maximal flood because it had rained continuously on the basin. The paper discusses the genesis and characteristic of rainstorm and flood according to the data observed rainfall and flood from Taoer river and Chaershen reservoir in 1998, and introduces the important effect of Chaershen reservoir in 1998' flood.
