摘　　要：警察作为风险社会的信息管理中心,在处理和减少社会风险中扮演核心角色。面对当前犯罪的风险,警察必须以信息主导侦查为理念,以信息化为核心,理顺传统与现代侦查手段的关系,将两者有机结合、灵活运用,采取"多侦多网联动、现场提取痕迹物证、视频锁定轨迹、技侦碰撞数据、侦查落地查证、物证认定罪犯"的多维立体侦查模式,实现对犯罪活动的精确打击。As the centre of information management, the police play a key role in the treatment and reduction of social hazards in risk society. In response to the current crime hazard, the police must attack criminal activities accurately. So they should take measures with the concept of information-led investigation, and regard the information as the core. In addition, it is necessary to straighten out the relationship between traditional and modern means of detection, adopt multi-dimensional investigation modes
