摘　　要：本文根据国内轨道交通在突发情况下应急通信的特点,提出了包括语音电话、传真、邮件、短信等各种应急通信手段于一体的信息发布系统,实现对轨道交通紧急事件及时、快速、准确、高效的发布。In this paper, according to the characteristic of emergency communication in the case of emergency for the domestic Urban Transit, it was proposed a set of emergency communication means which was integrated with voice telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS and so on, implemented the publishing for the Urban Transit emergency incident timely, rapidly, accurately, and efficiently.
