摘 要:地下储气井的长期使用存在被锈蚀乃至爆井的危险。研制了一种探测锈蚀程度的装置。在除去井盖并注水的条件下,采用81阵元超声阵列探头组件,以频率步进脉冲调制方式,通过数字正交化、幅度均衡化以及脉冲压缩等技术的处理,获得井壁厚度探测的较高灵敏度和分辨力,能准确判断储气井蚀刻状况,并获得锈蚀程度的有效数据。The risk of rust and explosion is raised when under ground gas storage well works for many years. This situation is very dangerous for around people. A detection device for security evaluation is developed. While taking off the coverage of the well, and full filling water into the well, the device which carry 81 sensors and consist of ultrasonic transducer array can be operated for rust detection. Digital signal processing is used for wall thickness of the well detection, such as stepped-frequency technology, transmitting pulse waveform modulation, digital amplitude equalizer and pulse compression technology. So, the detection sensitivity and resolution of wall thickness of the well is good.
