关节镜下空心钉和钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘骨折的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨关节镜下空心钉和钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘骨折的疗效情况。方法:采用回顾性分析我院收治的胫骨髁间前棘骨折患者临床资料,根据固定方式不同分为关节镜下空心钉固定组40例和关节镜下钢丝固定组50例。结果:钢丝组和空心钉组术前、术后Lysholm评分无明显差异,同时两组胫骨髁间前棘骨折患者临床治疗的优良率均较高,且无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:关节镜下空心钉和钢丝固定治疗胫骨髁间前棘骨折均具有固定效果明显,疗效良好特点。Objective：To approach curative effect comparison of Tibial intercondylar anterior eminence fracture by Hollow nail and wire lock in arthroscope.Methods：To retrospective analysis clinical data of Tibial intercondylar anterior eminence fracture in our hospital,which were to be divided into Hollow nail fixed group 40 cases and wire lock fixed group in arthroscope 40 cases.Results：The Lysholm score of Hollow nail fixed group and wire lock fixed group were no difference,then fineness rate of two groups Tibial intercondylar anterior eminence fracture patients were high,which were no difference,P〉0.05.Conclusion：The fixed result of Tibial intercondylar anterior eminence fracture by Hollow nail and wire lock in arthroscope were obviously,which were to used.
