摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定心可宁胶囊中蟾酥的含量。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(55∶45)(用磷酸调pH值为3.2),流量1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长296 nm。结果:华蟾酥毒基在5～100μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.8%;酯蟾毒配基在4.99～99.8μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为1.4%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可用于产品的质量控制。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Venenum Bufonis in Xinkeningcap Capsules. Method： A Diamonsil C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm ,5 μm）column was used with acet0nitrile - 0. 5% monopotassium phosphate （55：45） （adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid）as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1 and the detection wavelength was 296 nm. Results： The linear ranges of cinobufagin was 5-100 μg mL-1 （r = 1. 000 0）, The average recovery was 99.0% and the RSD was 1.8% ; the linear ranges of resibufogenin was 4. 99-99. 8 μg mL-l （r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery was 98. 2% and the RSD was 1.5%. Conclusion： The method was convenient, sensitive and accurate, so it could be used for quality control.
