摘　　要：目的:探讨和总结辐照猪皮治疗重度烧伤创面的方法及疗效。方法:对283例以深Ⅱ度创面为主的重度烧伤患者早期削痂覆盖辐照猪皮和功能部位切(削)痂分期植皮,观察创面愈合的情况及时间。结果:283例全部治愈。休克期过渡平稳,感染期全身毒性反应轻,创面愈合快,瘢痕增生不明显,远期效果好。结论:辐照猪皮有保护间生态组织和促进上皮化作用。分期手术可减轻创面感染及全身毒性反应,适用于基层医院治疗重度烧伤患者。Objective： To explore and summarize the method and curative effects of irradiated pig skin on the treatment of severe burn wounds. Methods： 283 cases with deep second degree burn in the severely burned patients were treated with early tangential excision and coverage of irradiated pig skin,and cut excision and split skin grafting in functional position, observing wound healing and healing time. Results： Burn wound healed well in all cases with little scar. The patients tied over the shock stage smoothly, and had slight systemic toxicity reacts in infection stage. Conclusion： Irradiated pig skin could protect the potentially damaged tissue and promote epithelial growth. Staged operation could reduce risk of wound infection and systemic toxicity reacts, suitable for the treat- ment of severe burn wound in basic hospital.
