摘　　要：目的:探讨应用Cable-Pin系统治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:分析Cable-Pin系统治疗15例髌骨骨折的临床和随访资料。结果:15例患者中13例获得随访,伤口均一期愈合,未发生感染,骨折均愈合,无退钉、钢缆松动或断裂、皮肤刺激等并发症。参照Bostman髌骨骨折疗效评分,优良率100%。结论:应用Cable-Pin系统治疗髌骨骨折,操作简单,固定可靠,术后并发症发生率低,是临床治疗髌骨骨折的较好方法。Objective： To explore the clinical effects of Cable-Pin system in treating patellar fractures. Methods： Retrospectively analyzed the clinical and follow-up data of Cable-Pin system in the treatment of 15cases of patellar fracture. Results： All 13 patients were successfully followed up, and healed primarily without significant complications, such as migration of screw, loosening or rup- tures of wires and skin irritations. According to Bostman score system, the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion： Cable-Pin system, as a good option for the treatment of patella fracture, has the advantages of reliable fixation and low rate of complications.
