摘  要:文章介绍了西塞山电厂680MW超超临界机组锅炉及其等离子点火系统的设备特点,阐述了对A层PM煤粉燃烧器改造为等离子燃烧器所进行的工作,对锅炉采用等离子无油点火启动的主要问题进行了研究,并提出了相应的技术措施。锅炉在整个调试过程中全程实现等离子无油点火启动,大量节省了燃油消耗。Character of Xisaishan power plant 680 MW ultra-supercritical boiler and plasma ignition facility was introduced in the thesis. The modification of original PM burner to adapt to plasma igni lion was stated. The main technical matters about boiler start-up applying plasma ignition without fu el oil were studied and specific technical measures were proposed. Boiler started up applying plasma ignition without fuel oil during the course of unit commissioning, and a large quantities of fuel oils were saved.
