摘 要:针对电动汽车接入电网充电造成电网负荷峰值升高和损耗增加的问题,从理论上分析了平滑负荷曲线对降低网损具有重要意义,利用柯西-许瓦兹不等式证明了使负荷曲线越平坦,降损效果就越明显。其次,利用理论分析的结果,研究制定了电动汽车在满足约束条件下的优化充电策略,根据优化程度分为局部充电策略和全局充电策略,并且分析了两种充电策略的充电控制结构。最后,结合算例分析和对比了两种充电策略在降低峰值负荷和损耗方面所取得的显著效果。Electric vehicle charging results in higher peak load and more network loss. Based on Cauchy- Schwarz inequality, the action and importance of flattening the overall load profile in reducing network loss was analyzed and it was proved that the more flat the load curve is, the more the network loss reduces. Then, an optimality strategies based on quadratic programming for charging residential electric vehicles was proposed in the paper, which are divided into local charging strategy and global charging strategy, and analyze the charging control architectures of these charging strategies. Finally, a case study was illustrated to verify and compare the significant effect of the two charging strategies on minifnizing peak load and reducing network loss.
