摘 要:油田开发过程中无机盐结垢是注水开发期经常遇到的问题之一,会造成较大经济损失。随着注水强度的不断加大,注水过程中的结垢问题变得越来越严重。对无机盐结垢状况进行准确预测是解除结垢堵塞的重要前提。选用Oddo-Tomson饱和指数(OSI)、Langelier饱和指数(LSI)和Ryznar稳定指数(RSI)3种结垢趋势预测模型,结合胜利油田具体注水特性,对模型作相应的修正后,研制了可以进行无机结垢预测的"油井堵塞诊断与解堵决策系统"(Plug 1.1)工程软件。应用该软件对胜利油田纯九区块注入水和地层水进行结垢预测,在地层水与注入水之比为1∶0到2∶1的广泛范围内,预测结果均与实验结果较好吻合,为区域解堵方案的快速决策提供了科学依据。The inorganic scaling is one of the most severe problems in the production process of oilfield,especially in the process of oilfield water injection development,which results in lots of economic loss.The scale formation has become a serious problem in Shengli Oilfield.To exactly predict the formation of inorganic scales is the important precondition for solving the plugging problem caused by scaling.We chose the Oddo-Tomson saturation index(OSI),the Langelier saturation index(LSI) and the Ryznar stability index(RSI) as the models of scaling tendency prediction,revised the models according to the actual water injection practice in Shengli Oilfield,and established a software entitled Well plugging diagnosing and descaling methods decision-making system(Plug 1.1) for the prediction of inorganic scaling tendency.The scaling degree of formation and injection water was predicted for Chunjiu injection section in Shengli Oilfield;the results were almost the same as those obtained from the experimental simulating data and from other researchers within a wide range of the ratio of formation water to injected water from 1∶0 to 2∶1.It shows that the engineering software Plug 1.1 could provide a better scientific basis for rapid decision-making to solve the plugging problem in a special oilfield area.
