摘  要:目的探讨应用微型钢板治疗掌、指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法对68例75处骨折,根据骨折不同部位采用切开复位,放置微型钢板内固定治疗,术后早期康复训练。结果本组骨折愈合顺利,术后均无伤口感染,无钢板外露、钢板折断、螺钉松动等并发症。随访6~12个月,平均8个月,按TAM功能评定标准评定疗效:优61处,良11处,可3处,总优良率953%。结论微型钢板体积小、质薄、坚强,针对不同骨折部位放置钢板进行固定,可早期进行各种功能康复训练,疗效可靠,并发症少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of mini-plates in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures. Methods 68 patients 75 fractures were involved in this study. According to the location of fractures, the open reduction and fixation with mini-plates were performed. Early rehabilitation was provided to all of the patients postoperatively. Results After 6 -12 months, average 8 months, followed-up, all the fractures healed successfully. No wound infection, plate exposure, plate break and loose of screws were found. The hand function was evaluated by measuring the TAM of fingers. 61 cases were excellent, 11 were good, and 3 were passable. The total rate of excellent and good was 95.3%. Conclusion The result indicated that the mini-plate, with the characteristics of small, thin and stiff, could fix the hand fractures reliably with less complication. Early rehabilitation was possible after this procedure.
