摘  要:设计合成了荧光传感分子2-吡啶甲醛-4-乙氧基苯甲酰肼腙(PAEB),采用红外光谱法、氢核磁共振和元素分析法对其结构进行了表征,用紫外可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了PAEB对不同金属离子的配位作用的机理。结果表明:PAEB与锌(Ⅱ)形成物质的量的比为1比1配合物。由于此配合物的形成,在发射波长470nm(激发波长为400nm)处出现明显的荧光增强,且对锌(Ⅱ)而言具有较高的选择性。初步探讨了受体分子与锌(Ⅱ)的荧光增强机理。A fluorescent chemosensor, 2-pyridylaldehyde-4 ethoxybenzoylhydrazone ( PAEB ), was synthesized and its structure was characterized by IR spectrometry, 1 H NMR and elemental analysis. Mechanism of complexation of PAEB with various metal ions, especially the divalent cations of Zn, Cu, Pb, Co, Cd and Ni, and the fluorescence property of its complex with Zn( Ⅱ) ion in an ethanolic acetate buffer medium of pH 8. 8 were studied by UVVIS spectrophotometry and fluorophotometry. It was found that a complex of PAEB with Zn( Ⅱ ) having its mole ratio of 1 to 1 was formed, and significant enhancement of fluorescence emission at 470 nm (when excited at 400 nrn) with birth selectivity was observed The mechanism involved was discussed preliminarily.
