摘　　要：针对目前石油化工行业污水处理移动罩滤池系统存在的设计缺陷,对传统的移动罩滤池系统进行了改造设计,主要包括电器柜的设计、行程开关的重新选型、电动机的选型、控制方案的重新设计。改造以后系统的可靠性大大增强,提高了企业的生产技术水平。Aiming at the current design flaws of the movable hood filter system for petrochemical wastewater treatment industry, we improved the design of the traditional movable hood filter system, major including： the design of the electric appliance cabinet, the again selection of the travel switch and motor, the new design for control scheme. System reliability got greatly improved after the modification, improve the enterprise production technology level.
