摘 要:N,N-Dimethylamphetamine (DMA) is a methamphetamine (MA) analog and considered as an amphetamine-derived designer drug. In this study, a method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H and 13C NMR) was developed for the identification of dimethylamphetamine in a suspect exhibit. The results showed that purity of this sample was above 99% by GC-MS area normalization. Therefore, it could be used as a dimethylamphetamine reference substance in drug FTIR analysis, which was successfully applied to identify samples in other similar cases.对缴获的白色可疑晶体样品进行主要有机成分的检验。采用GC-MS和NMR分析的方法对其进行定性分析。白色可疑晶体样品中的主要有机成分为二甲基安非他明且纯度大于99%。该样品在毒品红外分析时可用作二甲基安非他明的对照品, 并成功应用于其他类似案件中检材的定性分析。
