摘  要:针对塑胶硫化过程控制的复杂性,提出了一种基于仿人智能的融合控制策略。剖析了硫化过程中的工艺控制难点,总结了硫化过程的控制论特性,研究了控制策略,构建了控制模型,讨论了控制算法。基于工程实现,搭建了一个工控机控制系统。系统实验测试结果显示,提出的控制策略及控制算法的鲁棒性强、稳定性好和控制精度高。研究结果表明提出的智能融合控制策略是可行与有效的。The mechanical property of plastic & rubber work-piece, such as rigidity and tenacity, mainly depends on the accurate control of vulcanization process in product shaping, in which the temperature, pressure and time is the technical key in stability control of product quality. Aimed at the complexity of vulcanizing process control for plastic & rubber product, the paper proposed a sort of fusion control strategy based on the human simulated intelligence. In the paper, it made the anatomy of difficult points in the vulcanizing process, summarized up the cybernetics charac- teristic of vulcanizing process, studied the control strategy, built the control model, and simply designed the control algorithm. Under the condition of laboratory, it made the engineering realiza- tion, and constructed an industrial computer control system. The system test result demonstrated that it is strong in robustness, better in stability and higher in control precision for the proposed control strategy and algorithm. The research results show that it is feasible and effective for the proposed control strategy of intelligence fusion.
