硅粉混凝土在汾河二库泄洪排砂底孔中的应用

摘　　要：汾河二库建在多泥沙的汾河上游 ,泄水建筑物的抗冲磨是设计和施工的关键问题 ,硅粉混凝土是一种新型抗冲耐磨材料 ,具有强度高、抗磨蚀、抗空蚀能力强 ,以及施工简单等特点。本文结合汾河二库大坝泄洪排沙底孔硅粉混凝土施工特点 ,对其作用机理、材料选择和配合比的选定进行探讨 ,并且在施工中对底孔不同部位 ,采取了各异的混凝土浇筑和养护措施 ,满足了设计要求 ,防止了混凝土裂缝的产生。The silica fume concrete is a new abrasion-resisting material,it not only is of high strength,abrasion resistance,cavitation resistance,but is easy to use in construction.In this paper,the selection of raw material,determination of mix proportion and construction of silica fume are introduced according to the practice of using silica fume concrete in the bottom sluice of dam of the Fenhe Reservoir Ⅱ.Finally,some items needing attention are put forward.
