摘 要:目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌(ABA)的分布及耐药性,为医院治疗和控制ABA提供依据。方法:将我院1999-2011年间临床分离的1110株ABA药敏试验结果,应用WHONET5.5软件进行统计学分析。结果:ABA在病原菌中的分离率为8.7%,ABA多药耐药的分离率为54.3%;其感染主要发生于ICU和呼吸内科,痰(70.5%)和分泌物(11.0%)是检出ABA较多的标本;除多黏菌素B、阿米卡星、亚胺培南和头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠外,大多数抗菌药物耐药率均较高(〉40%),且耐药性有升高的趋势。结论:ABA耐药现象严重,临床治疗时应按药敏结果选药;医院应加强对ABA的监测,预防和控制ABA院内暴发流行。Objective:To study the distribution and drug resistance of A cinetobacter baumannii (ABA) so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment and control of ABA infection in hospital. Methods: About 1 110 strains of ABA isolated during 1999 - 2011 in our hospital were tested and the data of drug resistance was analyzed using WHONET 5.5 software. Results:The isolating rate of ABA accounted for 8.7 % of the all of the pathogens with 54.3% of multidrug resistance. ABA infection occurred in ICU or respiratory wards, which was detected from the specimens of sputum (70.5%) and secretion (11.0%). The resistance rate to the most antimicrobial drugs was very high (〉40%) ,except for polymyxin B, amikacin imipenem and cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium. There was a growing tendency of drug resistance in hospital. Conclusion:The drug resistance of ABA was very serious. Proper antimicrobial drugs should be selected according to the results of drug susceptibility tests. Hospital should strengthen the monitoring of ABA, to prevent and control the outbreak and prevalence of nosocomial infections.
