摘  要:[目的 ]探讨低强度噪声对作业男工神经行为功能的影响。 [方法 ]采用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为功能核心测试组合 ,对 46名低强度噪声作业男工 (接触组 )与 3 2名非噪声作业男工 (对照组 )进行了比较测定。 [结果 ]情感状态问卷中的有力—好动的分数 ,接触组低于对照组 (F =9 0 9,P <0 0 1) ,其余 5项指标与对照组的差异均无显著性 ( F =0 49~ 2 89,P >0 0 5 ) ;接触组的数字跨度、手提转捷度、数字译码及目标追踪的正确打点数和总打点数均低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (F =6 44~ 2 4 0 8,P <0 0 1) ;年龄、工龄、饮酒等因素与神经行为功能的分数有关。[结论 ]低强度噪声可引起作业男工神经行为功能的改变。Objective]To study the effects of low intensity noise operation on neurobehavioral functions of male workers.[Methods]46 male workers exposured to low power noise were investigated with WHO recommended Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery,and compared with 32 nonexposed controls.[Results]Vigor-Activity score in profile of mood states of male workers exposed to low power niose was significantly lower than that of controls(F=9 09,P<0 01). Others in two groups showed no difference(F=0 49~2 89,P>0 05).Digit Span,Santa Ana Manual Dexterity Test,Digit Symbol and correct aiming and total aiming of Pursuit Aiming of male workers exposed to niose were significantly lower than those of controls(F=6 44~24 08,P<0 01).There was correlation between scores of neurobhavioral function and age, alcoholic drinking,standing of male workers.[Conclusions]Changes of neurobehavioral function of male workers could be caused by low intensity noise.
