稠油井注热对井下筛管的影响因素研究

摘　　要：优质筛管在海上疏松砂岩稠油开采中发挥着防止出砂的重要作用,但是井下恶劣的腐蚀环境与复杂的受力状态会造成筛管损坏,影响油井生产。通过归纳总结,分析了井下筛管破坏的影响因素,重点对井下筛管的热应力受力情况进行研究,提出了筛管热应力损坏的三种作用机理及破坏形式,并就如何延长热采筛管寿命给出了优化措施建议。In the offshore unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil wells,the premium screen plays an important role in preventing from the sand production,but the underground harsh corrosive environment and the complex stress state may cause the screen failure,affecting the oil well production.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the screen failure and focused on the screen thermal stress.Proposed three types of mechanism of action and failure modes,and gave the recommendations of the optimization measures to extend the life of the premium screen.
