摘　　要：生产实训是实践教学的重要组成部分,是学生全面运用所学知识进行综合性实践活动实现毕业与上岗零过渡的重要一环。近年来,笔者在组织资源勘查类专业生产实训中对如何做好生产实训管理,保证实训效果方面进行了有益探索,取得了较好的教学效果。Production practice is an important part of practice teaching, which is also a key link for students to apply what they have learned from book into reality to realize the smooth transition between graduation and work. In recent years, the author has made useful exploration and achievements on how to manage well production practice to ensure better practice effects in implementation of production practice for resources exploration specialties.
