不同透析液对血透患者外周血细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：将 2 4例长期血透 (HD)的终末期肾衰患者随机分为 2组 ,甲组用醋酸盐透析液 ,乙组用碳酸盐透析液。以酶联免疫法测定 HD前、透析器首次使用及第 4次使用后、发热反应时外周血 IL-1β、TNFα水平。结果显示 :两组患者 HD前 IL- 1β、TNFα水平无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;透析器首次使用及第 4次使用后 ,两组间 IL- 1 β、TNFα值有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。出现发热反应时与醋酸盐组 HD前比较 IL - 1β、TNFα有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。In order to investigate the effect of different dialysate on interleukin 1β (IL 1β) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNFα) in chronic hemodialysis patients,we randomly divided 24 chronic hemodialysis patients into two groups.One group used bicarbonate dialysate and another used acetate dialysate.We measured the levels of IL 1β and TNFα when the dialyzer was not used, the 1st and the 4th used by enzyme immunoassay.We also measured the levels of IL 1β and TNFα when patients felt chills and fever.The results showed that the levels of IL 1β and TNFα were not statistically and significantly differnet when the dialyzer was not used in two groups patients (P>0.05).The levels of IL 1β and TNFα were statistically and significantly different (P<0.01) when the dialyzer was the 1st and the 4th used in two groups patients.Compared with the lst used dialyzer the levels of IL 1β and TNFα were statistically and significantly different when patients felt chills and fever.So no germ bicabonte dialysate should be provided in every hemodialysis centre.
