摘  要:目的 :评估预注氯胺酮预防异丙酚在肿瘤病人全麻诱导插管期所致血压下降的作用。方法 :2 6例肿瘤择期手术全麻病人 ,随机分为P组和K +P组各 13例 ,分别用芬太尼 3μg/kg、异丙酚 2mg/kg及氯胺酮0 8mg/kg ,芬太尼 3μg/kg、异丙酚 2mg/kg行全麻诱导。比较两组病例在诱导前后及气管插管后收缩压 (SBP)、平均动脉压 (MAP)、舒张压 (DBP)和心率 (HR)的变化。结果 :两组病例在诱导后SBP、MAP、DBP均明显下降 ,P组较K +P组下降显著。HR值无变化。结论 :预注阈下氯胺酮不能完全预防异丙酚诱导所致的血压下降 ,但能减少其下降幅度。Objective:To evaluate the effect of low dose ketamine to prevent hypotension caused by propofol during the induction of general anesthesia in cancer patients Methods:26 patients, scheduled for elective surgery with general anesthesia, were randomly allocated into two groups with 13 cases each The fentanyl 3μg /kg and propofol 2 mg /kg were adiministed intravenously in group P, and the ketamine 0 8 mg /kg was used in group K+P besides the same dose of fentanyl and propofol as group P The SBP,MAP,DBP and HR were compared between before and induction, after intubation, and between two groups Results:The SBP, MAP and DBP decreased in both groups following induction and intubation, and more significantly in group P than in group K+P There was no change in HR in two groups Conclusions:The low dose of ketamine can alleviate the hypotension caused by propofol but not diminish this adverse effect completely
