摘　　要：新医改背景下医学信息研究服务需求发生改变,结合天津市医学科学技术信息研究所信息研究工作实践,阐述以需求为导向,促进医学信息研究工作的发展思路,指出服务新医改、转变医学信息研究与服务模式的具体对策。The medical information research and service demands have changed under the new health care reform environment. Combining with the information research working experiences of Tianjin Medical Information Research Center, the paper discusses the demand -driven development ideas to promote medical information research work, points out specified strategies in serving new health care reform and transforming medical information research and service mode.
