摘 要:目的了解上海市社区人群乙型肝炎(乙肝)防治知识的认知状况,评价乙肝相关健康促进干预的效果。方法在调查干预前人群乙肝防治知识认知状况的基础上,采用多种形式健康促进干预措施,比较健康促进前后社区人群乙肝防治知识认知和行为因素的变化。结果社区人群经乙肝健康促进干预后,对于乙肝传染性、传播途径及疫苗预防的认识由干预前66.91%、35.23%、65.04%,分别上升到96.62%、91.04%、94.22%(P〈0.01)。社区人群共用剃须刀、非正规机构美容、使用非一次性注射器等危险行为由干预前14.24%、4.21%、8.64%分别下降到9.97%、1.64%、3.15%(P〈0.01),乙肝疫苗接种意愿由干预前67.27%上升到干预后89.22%(P〈0.01)。结论对社区不同人群采用多形式有针对性的健康促进,利于全面提高社区人群乙肝防治知识认知和减少危险行为,提高乙肝疫苗接种意识。Objective To investigate the awareness of hepatitis B (HB) and evaluate the effects of health promotion projects in Shanghai Communities. Methods Based on a survey about HB awareness, sev- eral kinds of health promotion projects were implemented among deferent community population, and the changes of the awareness and behaviors were analysed. Results After health promotion, the HB awareness about infectiousness, the route of transmission and vaccination in Shanghai communities increased from 66.91%, 35.23% and 65.04% to 96. 62% ,91.04% and 94. 22% respectively (P 〈0. 01) ; the risk be- haviors such as sharing razors, beauty in non-formal institutions and sharing syringes decreased from 14. 24% , 4. 21% and 8. 64% to 9. 97% ,1.64% and 3.15% respectively (P 〈0. 01) ; the willingness of HB vaccination increased from 67.27% to 89.22% (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It was very effective to im- plement various forms of targeted health promotion in communities, which not only improves the awareness and the willingness vaccination of HB, but also reduces the dangerous behaviors.
