腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的临床护理探讨

摘　　要：目的分析探讨腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的护理要点。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2011年12月期间在我院治疗的60例采用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜治疗的胆总管结石患者的临床护理资料。结果 60例患者手术时间69～140 min,平均105 min;住院时间7～21 d,平均住院12d,全部患者均积极配合治疗,术后恢复良好,均治愈出院,无胆漏、腹腔感染等并发症发生。结论护理人员对患者做好充分的术前、术后护理措施,可缩短患者住院时间,促进患者康复。Objective To study clinical nursing for patients treatment with laparoscopy and choledo- choscopy for choledocholith. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 60 patients treatment with laparoscopy and choledoehoscopy for choledocholith who were admitted in our hospital from Janu- ary 2007 to December 2011. Results Among 60 patients, the average operation time was 105 minutes and the average hospital stay was 12 d. All the 60 patients with choledocholith were cured and discharged with no com- plication. Conclusion Pay much attention on patient＇s condition; give scientific nursing intervention, so as to reduce complication and to promote rehabilitation.
