摘 要:目的探讨充血性心力衰竭(congestive heart failure,CHF)患者不同心功能分级与外周血单个核细胞(peripher-al blood mononuclear cells,PBMC)核因子-кB(NF-кB)表达的关系。方法选取75例心衰患者,并按心功能分为Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ3个组,分别为33例、24例、18例和正常对照组15例。PBMC的NF-кB表达由免疫组化染色检测。两组资料差异采用t检验,心衰患者心功能与PBMC NF-кB表达的关系用相关分析。结果心衰组与正常对照组PBMC NF-кB的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),心衰患者心功能分级与PBMC NF-кB的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论心衰的程度越重,NF-кB表达越高。Objective To study the relationship of NF-κB activation on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and cardiac function classification in heart failure patients. Methods Selected 75 cases of patients with heart failure and divided into three groups of Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ, according to cardiac function, were 33 cases, 24 cases, 18 cases and normal control group of 15 cas- es. The activity of NF-κB was measured by immunocytochemical staining. Two sets of data differences were analyzed by t tests; cardiac function of patients with heart failure and expression in PBMC of NF-κB was analyzed by the correlation analysis. Results Difference of PBMC expression of NF-κB was statistically significant in the CHF group compared with the normal control group (P 〈 0.01). NF-κB expression In PBMC and cardiac function classification was positively correlated (P 〈 0.01)i Conclusion With the more severe the degree of heart failure, the higher the activation of NF-KB.
