摘　　要：目的对健康体检中发现的高血压患者实施健康教育干预的效果进行观察,旨在强化体检者意识到高血压的危害性,逐步提高其健康意识。方法随机选择我院2010年1月～2011年1月进行健康体检发现的100例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,观察实施健康教育干预前及干预后6、12个月患者在饮食不合理、体重指数>25kg/m2、运动<30 min/d、吸烟、疾病知识掌握情况、自觉心理压力方面的变化情况。结果干预后6个月后、12个月后饮食不合理、体重指数>25 kg/m2、运动<30 min/d、吸烟、疾病知识掌握情况、自觉心理压力方面的比率明显好于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后6个月、12个月的收缩压、舒张压明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对健康体检中发现高血压患者实施健康教育干预具有较好的效果,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe the education intervention effects for patients with hypertension who found in physical examination, and to strengthen the volunteers aware for the dangers of high blood pressure, and gradually increase their health awareness. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases patients withessential hypertension who found in physical exami- nation as the object in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 ,observed the changes of poor diet,body mass index 〉25 kg/m2,sports 〈30 min/d,smoking,disease knowledge to grasp the situation,conscious of the psychological pressure changes of 100 cases hypertension patients after health education interventions 6 months and 12 months. Results After the intervention 6 months, 12 months,poor diet,body mass index （〉25 kg/m2）,sports （〈30 rain/d）, smoking,disease knowledge, conscious psychological pressure ratio was significantly better than before intervention （P 〈 0.05）.After the intervention 6 months, 12 months, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure was significantly lower than before the intervention （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The health education intervention for hypertensive patients who found in the physical examination have good results, and it is worth the promotion and application.
