摘  要:采用水雾化法制备了Fe79.7Ni2.5Si7.9B9.8非晶粉末,并通过筛分获得粒径不同的非晶合金粉末。研究不同粒径的非晶粉末在1~10 GHz频率范围内的介电性能和磁导率,同时计算不同粒径的非晶粉末的复合材料所对应的反射损耗。研究表明,粉末粒度以及试样厚度对非晶粉末材料的高频吸波性能有明显影响。Fe79.7Ni2.5Si7.9B9.8 amorphous powders are prepared by water atomization method. The amorphous powders are separated from different particle sizes with sifters. The microwave complex permittivity and permeability spectra of the amorphous powder with different particle sizes are investigated in the frequency range of 1-10 GHz. Meanwhile, the reflection losses of powder compositions with different particle size amorphous are calculated. The thickness of the samples and particle sizes of the amorphous powder have obvious influence on its high frequency absorption performance. The value of permeability and reflection loss increases with the de- crease of particle size of Fe79.7Ni2.5Si7.9B9.8 amorphous powder.
