综合护理干预对浅表性膀胱癌患者生活质量及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的评价综合护理干预对浅表性膀胱癌患者生活质量及依从性的影响。方法浅表性膀胱癌围手术期患者40例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规浅表性膀胱癌围手术期专业护理;观察组在常规浅表性膀胱癌围手术期专业护理的基础上,进行综合护理干预措施。结果观察组患者健康知识、健康技能达标率均高于对照组,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。综合护理干预两周后,观察组在心理功能、社会功能及生活质量总分等3个方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组在精神状态及睡眠质量等2个方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者依从性好率65.00%高于对照组的30.00%,具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施能够满足患者对健康教育的需求,并激发浅表性膀胱癌围手术期患者战胜疾病的信心,提高其生活质量及依从性。Objective To study quality of life and compliance about comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with the superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period. Methods Forty patients with the superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group use of convention- al superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period nursing; the observation group use in conventional superficial bladder cancer peri-operation period nursing basis, add comprehensive nursing intervention measures. Results The rate of health knowledge and health skills standards of the observation group higher than that of the control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Two weeks after the comprehensive nursing intervention. The mental function, social function, quality of life score of the observation group was better than tile control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. The mental state and sleep quality of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was sta- tistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group were better compliance rate of 65% more than 30% that of the control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can meet the needs of health education of patients and inspire the confidence to overcome the disease of superficial bladder cancer during peri-operation period and to improve subjective satisfaction and compliance of patients.
