摘　　要：目的分析LH750血液分析仪白细胞直方图的形态,快速判断仪器白细胞计数自动纠正是否正确,从而在临床实际工作中更好地应用这一特殊功能。方法以中华人民共和国卫生行业标准(WS\T245-2005):《红细胞和白细胞计数参考方法》对有"Cellular Interference"提示的标本进行白细胞手工计数,计数结果与仪器自动纠正后的结果进行对比,挑选仪器误纠正的标本,通过将这类标本的白细胞直方图与有效纠正及正常标本的直方图进行大量对比,找出它们的特征性差异。结果通过对比误纠正与有效纠正标本的白细胞直方图,找到误纠正标本白细胞直方图有代表性的特征。结论通过对有"Cellular Interference"提示标本的直方图的初步判读能有效减少错误的白细胞计数报告。Objective To appraise the function of WBC auto-correct executed by LH750 hematology analyzer from histogram morphous so as for better clinical application of this ruction. Methods Counted samples that were ＂cellular interference＂ accord- ing to ＂Reference method for the enumeration of erythrocytes and leucocytes＂, established by the Health industry standard of the People＇s Republic of China（WS／T245-2005）,and compare these results with those auto-corrected by the machine. The comparison data were further processed by statistical analysis. Results They showed some typical characteristics in histograms of inaccurate auto-corrected counts,while comparing the inaccurately corrected WBC histograms with the accu- rately executed ones. Conclusion Fault WBC reports maybe greatly diminish by appraisal histogram created by WBC auto- matlc correction
